Shipping Policy

CataThrift connects you with thrift stores that handle their own shipping and fulfillment. We facilitate shipping label generation, carrier selection, and local delivery options to make the process seamless.
1. Shipping Methods
Available shipping options vary by store, product, and destination:
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
- USPS Ground Advantage: 3-5 business days
- UPS Ground: 3-5 business days
- FedEx: Available for select stores
- Uber Direct: Same-day local delivery within 15 miles of the store
- Lugg: Professional movers for furniture and large items within 50 miles
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the item weight, dimensions, origin, and destination. Real-time rates are provided by our shipping partners via EasyPost. Local delivery fees are calculated based on distance.
3. Processing Time
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of payment. Processing times may vary by store. You'll receive a notification with tracking information once your order ships.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and in the CataThrift app. You can track your order status in real-time from your Orders page.
5. In-Store Pickup
Some stores offer in-store pickup as an option at checkout. When available, you can pick up your order at the store location during their business hours after receiving a "Ready for Pickup" notification.
6. Large Item Delivery
Furniture and large items may require special delivery via Lugg. These deliveries include professional movers who will bring the item to your door. Large item delivery is available within the delivery zone (typically 50 miles of the store).
7. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, CataThrift only supports shipping within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and store to resolve the issue. See our Refund Policy for details.
